The Challenge:
In 1998 CBRE was instructed by PDP as letting/development and sales consultants for the 31 000 sqm Office Park Nové Butovice and the 18 000 sqm Office Plaza, directly opposite.

The Solution:
CBRE were involved from project conception to what stands today at Nové Butovice. The first phase was completely let to international tenants such as Accenture, Allianz, ICL and Fujitsu. CBRE introduced the international fund Doughty Hanson to the scheme as financial partners with PDP. Phase 2 is close to being completely let and several pre leases for future phases are in negotiation.
