The Challenge:
In 1998 Citygrove Europe instructed CBRE to assist in letting the 41 000 sqm Centro Zlín. Citygrove was to secure the anchor tenants, with CBRE instructed to let 10 500 sqm, comprised of 50 shops.

The Solution:

CBRE, working with one other agency, let 98% of Centro Zlín before the opening in 2000.
