The Challenge:
At the end of 2001, EPD instructed CBRE to re-let 6000 sq m at Praha City Center, following the departure of Komerční Banka.

The Solution:
Within 12 months CBRE had completely re-let the space to international firms, such as TMF and Servier. CBRE achieved lease lengths for the landlord, in some cases, up to 10 years with no breaks at city centre rental levels despite stiff competition from competing buildings.
