"Czech Architecture and Interior Design" have played a key role in the establishment of the Prague Research Forum. The Prague Research Forum - comprising "Czech Architecture and Interior Design", Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker, DTZ, and Jones Lang LaSalle - has been established to standardize definitions and agree statistics for the Prague commercial real estate market. The goal of such a forum is to ensure uniform figures and definitions are used in the market.

Since the beginning of 2002, when the four firms began to hold regular meetings, the Prague Research Forum has been successful in agreeing figures for modern office stock, quarterly office take-up, office supply, and office vacancy.
