The Challenge:
Oskar Mobile entered the Czech market as the third mobile operator and had a need to gain rapid market presence. In 2000 Oskar instructed CBRE to find suitable offices and retail premises throughout the Czech Republic in key locations.

The Solution:
Over a year time span, CBRE was successful at acquiring 20 retail shops in the best locations in all the main cities in the Republic, including Wenceslas Square and Narodní třida in Prague. Each retail unit was approximately 50 to 100 sqm for a total of approximately 1500 sqm.
